Day 21 - Mirror/rorriM

When I was in Korea I was awfully home-sick most of the time and when Mikhail came to visit he brought this glitter snow-globe of Cape Town with him. After he left this was such a great reminder of home for the last few months... (I admit to taking a million pictures of myself in the mirror before deciding that there are more lovely things in my life to document...)

Day 20 - Upside Down

Nadia came home from school early today so she and I decided to try out the "sock-bun" that everyone on the beauty and fashion blogs are raving about and its actually rather cute and fairly easy once you get the hang of it. Nadia had a lot of hair (if you don't already know this) and her bun was like a crown. Here's a cute picture of her laying "upside down" o my bed....

Day 19 - 9 o clock

Well I must admit that is is getting harder and harder to keep up with the photo challenges on the weekends but I am determined not to fall behind again. Day 16 - Plate

Yesterday Mikhail flew over Cape Town for the first time and over our house! I am so proud so I thought I would make a celebratory dinner for him. All things he love (Alfredo pasta with ham and mushrooms, Mango juice and chocolate Brownies with ice cream). Today's word is "Plate" and I thought it only appropriate to show you what it looked like after we ate all that food.

Day 15 - Korean Addiction

I love love love the obsession Koreans have with cutsie couples things. Couples t-shirts, couples shoes (which Mikhail and have by the way... We just had to), couples mugs, couples clothing sets!!! I love it, cheesey as it is, I love it. So for today I have a picture that I took a while ago of a set of couples mugs I bought for Mikhail and I at 'Diaso' (my favourite Korean store)
